Quick Bio

E. J. Gwynne started her professional writing career while living in Helsinki, Finland. She's originally from North Carolina and misses their hot sticky summers. She spends her days hard at work with her life companion, best friend, and emotional pedestal: her dog Nynaeve. It is during this time she finished her first short story collection, East Coast Witches, her first sci-fi novella, MACHO, and the first book of her fantasy trilogy, Shrouded. She laid out the foundations for her future works and was perfectly set up to find the success she was hoping for when she moved back to the states a few years later.
